Para mi carita de Angel

To all family and friends that may not know Vanessia and Cesar Moreira , are wonderful couple both from Ecuador manta . Loving fun young couple that have endured through many diffficult paths . With in the past 2 years his loving wife Vanessia has been through numerous treatments of dialysis treatments and On September 16,2018  she had back pains and was very sick blood pressure went up and down around 4:30 am Sunday to Monday morning . Inless than 24 hrs she had 3 heart attacks !  She was stabilized then she was concious and had tubes to help her breathe had extensive testing an  they came to find out she had a massive blood clot in her aorta in one of the major arteries . Then transfered  her to Denville st claire and she was sedated to calm her down and too stabilize her . At 8 pm  they transfered  her Morristown medical hospital  Inwhich at 2:30 am she had yet another heart attack , by 4:30 am she had a second one the doctors tried for over 4 hrs to revive her but by 8:30 they pronounced her deceased.  In total she had 5 heart attacks in with 24 hrs . WE ASK THAT ANY LITTLE  help to her husband for funeral expenses and for all the medical bills that he will be accountable HE IS A HARDWORKING MAN THAT WORKS 7 days a week 12 -16 hrs with 2/3 hrs of sleep in between . he cannot do it alone we ask that you can help us in this moment of heart ache and sorrow for our friend that god willing she is in a better place now with her daughter up in heaven and her  beloved grandmother ! Para todos los familiares y amigos que quizás no conozcan a Vanessia y César Moreira, son una pareja maravillosa ambos de Ecuador manta. Amante de la diversión joven pareja que ha soportado a través de muchos caminos difíciles. En los últimos 2 años su amorosa esposa Vanessia ha pasado por numerosos tratamientos de tratamientos de diálisis y el 16 de septiembre de 1818 tuvo dolores de espalda y se sentía muy enferma, su esposo la dejó en la clínica de Dover en St claires a las 4:30 de domingo a lunes por la mañana. Luego, alrededor de las 6:30 a.m., sufrió una caída de presión que le provocó el primer infartó  de corazón y dos horas más tarde surgió una segunda. Luego, a las 10:30 a.m. ella tuvo otro ataque al corazón. Ella se estabilizó y luego fue conciente y tenía tubos para ayudarla a respirar, se sometieron a pruebas exhaustivas y llegaron a descubrir que tenía un coágulo sanguíneo masivo en la aorta en una de las principales arterias. Luego la transfirieron a Denville st claire y ella fue sedada para calmarla y estabilizarla también. A las 8 pm se trasladaron alas hospital de Morristown, donde a las 2:30 a.m. tuvo otro infarto, a las 4:30 a.m. tuvo un segundo que los médicos intentaron durante más de 4 horas para reanimarla, pero a las 8:30 la declararon fallecido. Fue un total de 5 infartos en menos de 24 hrs  LE PEDIMOS QUE CUALQUIER PEQUEÑA AYUDA de dinero que nos pueden colaborar a su esposo para los gastos funerarios y para todas las facturas médicas de las que será responsable, no puede hacerlo solo, El es un hombre luchador que trabaja 7 dias ala semanas 12-16 hrs con poca horas de descanso.  le pedimos que nos ayude en este momento de dolor tan grande de la partida de nuestra amiga hermana tia  y resar  por nuestro amiga y su esposo que en paz decanse !  ¡Ella va  a estar en un lugar mejor ahora con su hija en el cielo y amada abuela! Descansa en paz ❤️
