<div>Soy originario de una familia de esta gran comunidad ubicada a las afueras de Xalapa, Veracruz. Debido a mi conexión con muchas familias locales, he sido testigo de las dificultades que enfrentamos. Hace unos años, el Grupo Roma llevó a cabo un fraude monumental al vender viviendas en esta área. La empresa se desentendió de sus responsabilidades, escapando con el dinero de todos y dejando el proyecto inconcluso. A pesar de que hubo una cobertura mediática significativa en su momento, el caso no recibió una solución adecuada y la situación permaneció sin resolver.

<div>Hoy en día, muchas de las viviendas están abandonadas y vandalizadas, ya que el operador del proyecto fue responsable de este fraude. El gobierno no ha ofrecido ningún tipo de ayuda, y los residentes actuales enfrentan dificultades, incluyendo problemas con el transporte. Además, las casas abandonadas están siendo desmanteladas poco a poco, y la delincuencia ha aumentado en la zona, generando miedo entre los vecinos.

<div>¿Cómo se utilizarán los fondos?

<div>I come from a family within this great community located on the outskirts of Xalapa, Veracruz. I know many families here who have reached out to me for help in achieving real change. A few years ago, Grupo Roma committed a massive fraud against everyone who purchased homes in this area. They never took responsibility, escaping with everyone's money and leaving the project unfinished. Although there were numerous news reports about this case, it eventually faded from the media, and no solutions were provided. Many homes are now abandoned and vandalized because the project operator defrauded everyone involved. To this day, the government has not offered any assistance, and transportation remains difficult for residents. Abandoned homes are falling into disrepair, with pieces being removed, and crime has increased as a result.
