Pang Lim’s funeral cost

A few months ago, my uncle was diagnosed with liver cancer. While he battled and coped with his disease, my aunt chose to care for his needs even as she supported their four children as they struggled to process what was happening. They’ve been in and out of the hospital so many times in these last few months, but this most recent trip to the emergency room turned from what had become dreadful routine into shocking devastation. They had previously decided to start hospice at home so that their family could spend as much time together as possible and she was supposed to bring her husband home that very night, but God had other plans. Pang Lim passed away Tuesday evening leaving behind his wife, Sotoan Pat and 4 children - meilee, sulin, kim hueoy, and leepang.




Now that he has passed, the financial burden upon my aunt is substantial. Between loss of work, the piling of hospital bill upon hospital bill, and the cost of the coming funeral arrangements, their financial hardship is staggering. As my uncle was the primary their family has lost a considerable portion of their financial security. 




This is why we’re asking anyone willing to help take some of the financial stress off of this family as they grieve. Your help and kindness would be greatly appreciated.
