Pancreatitis Greg

Donation protected
Greg Timp has been in the hospital at Mayo Rochester, MN since Thursday, October 24, 2019.  He had a stone that caused severe pancreatitis.  He and his wife Nancy were in-between house cleaning jobs heading home as he felt weird when he had to pull the car over to violently throw up.  He woke up in the hospital after being taken there by ambulance.  His stomach is so large now and black and blue from the severe pancreatitis.  He can barely move or talk from the severe pain.  His feet are swollen from lying in bed all this time.  Greg has a wrist band that says "Fall Risk".  So hard to see on such an independent man.  He is being tube fed now as much as his system will allow.  Greg has lost all his weight aside from the infection and fluids where he is swollen.  They will remove his gallbladder once they feel it is safe for his body to undergo surgery.  The Doctors will also likely put stints in once things calm inside Greg or in an emergency, if needed, to drain the infection and fluid around his pancreas.  Greg and his wife, Nancy, are self employed house cleaners (G&N House Cleaning).  They have been unable to work all this time without a return to work date.  Once Greg gets out of the hospital, it may be weeks before he is able to work again.  Greg is a tough guy that served our country in the Navy for 10 years.  He has never really taken help from others, he's always been the helper and giver.  God is perhaps teaching him its ok to receive from others.  I pray we can contribute enough to them to be able to pay their living expenses while unemployed and making other life style changes to afford to eat and pay basic bills.  Thank you in advance!  God Bless you!
