My name is Amanda Block, and I was diagnosed with pancreatitis back in June 2020. Wednesday morning, I woke with the symptoms again and had my grandmother bring me to the ER again.
As this is my second time in six months, I would like to stay put until we can figure out the actual cause, but financial issues make this a difficult prospect, to say the least.
The amount I am requesting would pay rent for two months and allow me a cushion for food and other bills while I dedicate my time and energy to finding answers and recuperating.
