On June the 16th my sister was to hospital for being short of breath, weak In strength and pain in her abdomen. Many test was taken to come back to tell us she had Congestive Heart Failure, at that time we was told she would be transferred to Willis-knighton. So my sister was very sick Heart Failure, Liver Damage, and her Colon had to be removed. While in the care of Willis-knighton she had allergic reaction to a medicine that gave her The Steven Johnson which made her have 2nd and 3rd degree burns inside her body and outside, from the top of her head to the bottom of her feet after She was transferred from Willis-Knighton, to University Health she been threw multiple surgeries given up on twice she fought like a soldier and got better burns was healed only one was not completely healed. she was released from University Health on September 19 to go Pierremont Healthcare were she was only suppose to be there til the end of this month for rehab and to finished getting that last wound healed, but the three weeks she was in they Care they did nothing to finish healing this wound, things got worse do to lack of turning and proper care of that wound. My sister was ordered by her Doctor to be removed from the facility back to University Health were a procedure had to be done as soon as she go there. We was told that her wound had gotten worse and she had an infection in her bone, on Thurs Oct 19, 2017 I received a call from her Doctor stating the infection got so bad that it had reached her blood stream and her lungs was filling up with fluid and Kidneys failing. Her body was rejecting the antibiotics that was being given and she haven't been woke since wed night. They ask for me to get all family and friends in ASAP because it wouldn't be long, I did just that. My sister took her last breath at 9:25a.m. on Friday Oct. 20. If Pierremont had done proper care on that wound she will still be here. My sister was not in a Burial so we need as much help as possible to lay my sister to rest. Anything that can be giving is greatly appreciated. If anything can't be giving prayer is enough for meand my family. Pray harder for strength for my mother Betty Moore and My Nieces Ava and Taylor Matthews.
