As most of you know, my name is Pam. I am a local bartender in Lafayette. Recently I have found out some tough news.

About three months ago I was really sick and finally took my self to the hospital. They couldnt find anything wrong and sent me home. Then three weeks ago I found myself sick again and in the ER. They ordered a CT scan and found a softball size cyst wraped around my overy. Its called an Ovarian Torsion.

With the findings, I was rushed to emergancy surgery to remove the cyst and overy. When the surgery was done they sent samples off for testing and five days later I got the call that I have Endometriosis Carcinoma Grade 2 cancer which means stage 2 ovarian cancer and now need a second surgery and dont know what else after that but will keep updates.

With all this going on I have not been allowed to go to work and I need a little help. Its not like me to EVER ask for help like this but I dont know where else to turn. I dont have a way to pay rent, bills, or help for rides to and from all the doctor visits. That is why Im asking for help. Hopfully, I should only be out of work until mid to late August.
