<div>Die Palästinenser:innen erleiden einen Völkermord. Israel vernichtet Gaza und seine Bevölkerung. Während der Internationale Gerichtshof Anzeichen für einen Genozid in Palästina sieht, verzehnfachte die deutsche Regierung 2023 ihre Waffenlieferungen an Israel. Im Januar 2024 und während der Hungertod in Gaza droht, erklärte die deutsche Regierung, ihre finanzielle Unterstützung für humanitäre Hilfen an die Palästinenser:innen einzustellen. Das können und werden wir nicht hinnehmen!

<div>Gegen dieses Unrecht werden wir mit anerkannten Stimmen der palästinensischen Bewegung und der internationalen Gemeinschaft Anklage gegen die israelische Apartheid, den Genozid und die deutsche Mitschuld erheben. Ein breites bundesweites Bündnis palästinensischer, jüdischer und linker Organisationen lädt euch ein, eure Solidarität mit Palästina zu zeigen.

<div>Hier werdet ihr die Chance erhalten, mit anerkannten Gastredner:innen in Austausch zu treten. Unter ihnen befinden sich Griechenlands ehemaliger Finanzminister Yanis Varoufakis sowie der irische Abgeordnete Richard Boyd Barret. Namhafte Journalisten wie Ali Abunimah und Nerdeen Kiswani werden kritische Einblicke gewähren. Ärzte wie Ghassan Abu Sitteh, der während der Bombardements Gazas im Al-Shifa Krankenhaus behandelte, wird seine Erlebnisse teilen. Die UN Sonderbeauftragte für Palästina Francesca Albanese, wird ihre Einschätzung zur Situation in Gaza darlegen. Die Juristin Nadija Samour wird erklären, warum sie im Februar 2024 Klage gegen Mitglieder der Bundesregierung wegen Beihilfe zum Genozid bei der Bundesstaatsanwaltschaft einreichte.

<div>Neben vielen weiteren Redner:innen, erwarten euch Workshops und Seminare, in denen ihr mitdiskutieren könnt. Der Palästina Kongress schafft einen Raum zum organisieren und vernetzen. Anhand einer gemeinsamen Resolution werden wir künftige Aktionen in Betrieb, Uni, Schule, Kunst und Kultur besprechen. Ein gemeinsames Kulturprogramm und palästinensisches Catering sorgen für Gemeinschaft und Wohlbefinden.

<div>The Palestinians are suffering genocide. Israel is destroying Gaza and its population. While the International Court of Justice sees signs of genocide in Palestine, the German government increased its arms deliveries to Israel tenfold in 2023. In January 2024, with starvation looming in Gaza, the German government declared that it would stop its financial support for humanitarian aid to the Palestinians. We cannot and will not accept this!

<div>Together with voices of the Palestinian movement and the international community of high repute, we will denounce israeli apartheid, genocide and German complicity in this injustice. A broad germanwide alliance of Palestinian, Jewish and left-wing organisations invites you to show your solidarity with Palestine.

<div>Here you will have the opportunity to enter into dialogue with confirmed gu est speakers. Among them are Greece's former finance minister Yanis Varoufakis and Irish MP Richard Boyd Barret.
