Painting Away Some Pain

My name is Rylie and I want to raise funds for my uncle through my passion for art.  I am ten  and hope to use my art one day to make people happy.  

Richard is my dad’s sister husband and is fighting to beat cancer.  I don’t understand it all but I know he has a stage 4 glioblastoma which treatment isn’t really helping yet and because he can’t work anymore my aunt and him are stressed out for many reasons.  

My aunt and uncle are amazing and always put me and my brother first when we come to visit them but I know things are getting tougher and harder for them each day.  I am sure they wouldn’t want me asking for help so I want to sell canvases that I paint and give them that money.  I know it won’t make a big difference with all the bills that I am sure are piling up but I want them to know how much I love them and that is what really matters.

My canvases are pretty unique so they might make you smile or look at art a different way.  I am choosing my art to try to help because my grandma who died 5 years ago from the disease my uncle is fighting now was a pretty amazing  artist.  So maybe her way of helping me now is by passing her passion of art to me.
