When my dear friend Becky and Crispy met we were thrilled, when their son Freddie was born in January 2016 it was magical and in October 2016 Crispy was diagnosed with MND.
Unlike many nasty diseases there isn’t any ‘treatment’ as such. MND runs its course at its own unique pace – and that's exactly what I intend to do....run the Cheltenham 1/2 marathon at my own pace!
