"Page has Cancer, please help Deb"

Deb Brunotte, a favourite singer and music artist ("Acoustic Blonde" & "Dirt Blonde") who resides in Adelaide, South Australia has been given the gut renching news that her beloved 9 year old Kelpie cross, Page has a malignant tumor in his throat. Page has already had one operation and needs to have XRays to determine if the cancer has spread further. He is facing another operation this week and who knows what the specialist may recommend when he visits on Tuesday with Deb.

Page is Deb's soul mate, the love of her life and understandably her heart is broken. Page has been with Deb since she took him in as a small pup to look after when a friend's dog had a couple of pups unkowingly. Deb fell in love with the small bundle of energy and decided to keep him, naming him Page after Jimmy Page from Led Zeppelin.  Page is a Kelpie/Collie/Spoodle mix and  has become Deb's best friend and shared with her many joys and sorrows in her own personal life. Page has been Deb's constant companion and anyone who visits Deb quickly sees the love Deb has for her Page and Page also for Deb. 

As a singer and performer Deb's finances are tight and there is no knowing what the vet fees will be, but as Page is her beloved "fur-friend/family" Deb wants to do the best for Page and do whatever can be done for him right now. As a friend and fan of Deb's I have set this page up to see if we, her friends, family, & fans can show our support by assisting her in paying the costs toward the vet bills and other requirements to ease her financial stress at this very heart breaking and difficult time.

We all know what the love of a pet is, particularly if they are our main source of company in our home and personal life. So please, whatever you can give to assist Deb would be much appreciated.
