Revive the Shinnecock Canoe Culture

The Shinnecock Indian Nation are historic expert canoer's. It is how the tribe traveled and fished for thousands of years. We would canoe in paddle in our bays, creeks and the Atlantic Ocean.
We want to revive this tradition for our youth and community by creating the Shinnecock Canoe Club!
We know by instilling our canoe tradition with our youth it will teach healthy habits, teamwork and responsibiltiy.
Out goal is to raise enough funds to aquire 6-8 canoes and paddles and life vests for the canoes by July 30th.
Please help us raise the funds needed to revive and preserve this important element of our culture.
