I’m Ron and I’m paddling my Standup paddle board 42 kilometres down the River Murray in April from Mannum to the Swanport Bridge to raise a few dollars for the Count Me In Foundation which is a not for profit providing accessible places and buildings for people with disabilities. It’s a new Foundation started by my good mate Rick Neagle who is passionate on many levels in catering for people with disabilities across all demographics.
Joining me on the day will be fellow Sup paddler Nat Gohl, a support boat and possibly a couple of kayakers. Subject to suitable weather conditions the challenge will take place sometime between the 5th and 12th of April.
The paddle should take about 6-8 hrs subject to conditions.
If you would be happy to donate a few dollars it will be greatly appreciated by Rick and his Foundation and as always appreciated by me.
