Pacific Northwest Trail, 2019 Thru-hike

I am setting off on a journey along the Pacific Northwest Trail. This 1200 mile crown-to-coast journey from the Continental Divide in Glacier National Park, Montana to Cape Alava on the coast of Washington has been called the "wildest wilderness corridor of the lower 48". 

I am inviting you to join me on that journey. 

I am following my heart. I am doing what makes me feel wild and alive. I want to share this message. I hope to inspire others to do what makes them feel alive, rich with wonder, whole.
