Pacemaker time off work

Every since the birth of our third child, Nicole has not been quite the same medically.  It seemed to have took a toll on her heart and has left her with electrical issues requiring her to get a pacemaker. Because she has recently had the baby just this year she has not accrued enough PTO  to receive the amount of pay she's used to, in order to pay the bills properly during the time of leave she is required to take. Nicole does so much for her family and she's a great mom but now it's time to for her to take care of herself and her health so she can be an even better mom for her children and wife to her husband.  Any bit that you think you can possibly help out would be of great help!  We hate to have to go this route, but it would greatly help us to get through this rough time. She is also upset that she won't be able to care for her children the way she is used to so prayers would also be appreciated at this time thank you so much.  We are also open to any questions you may have and will post updates.
