Surgical Fees

Hi! I am an uninsured US Army Veteran. I have sought a surgical procedure that will greatly reduce health complications later in life, and finalize my transition. The VA does not cover this because it is considered "elective". Therefore, I am forced to go out of pocket (and outside the Veterans Affairs Hospital) and I simply do not have the extra funds.
