Hi there! I’m a newly single mother fighting for her time back with her 2 beautiful children. It’s been over 180 days since I’ve last seen my kids on my daughter’s first day of 1st grade. August 19th. I’m asking for support to help me raise funds for a lawyer that I found to rep my case and get me closer to my children. He is asking for a $4000 retainer plus $275/hr to represent my case. I tried to do this alone as a self represented litigant but we all know that sometimes you are your own worst enemy. My past has brought me through many trials in life and I feel confident that with the help of a lawyer I will be able to see my kids next month.
