Josh Bowers Needs Our Help!

Josh needs our help how many times has Josh been there for us! Fixing cars, trucks, or anything else! Josh would give any of his friends the shirt off his back! This setback is going to keep Josh away from work for a bit! Let's repay Josh for everything he's ever done for us!

This was Josh's mom's post yesterday he wound up needing surgery!

Joshua had a rough day today, working on a car and somehow the car came off the jack and 3800 pounds came down on him. He is one lucky kid! Thank goodness Dustin and Kayla were there to jack the car off him and call 911! He was ambulanced to Annandale High School parking lot where he was then air ambulanced to North Memorial Medical Center. Also thank you to all the Emergency Personnel that were on both scenes!!! I had no idea we had so many fantastic, qualified people available to us in such emergency situations! I also want to thank all friends and family for coming to the hospital, your calls, texts, thoughts and prayers! We appreciate every one of you!!!

We will find out tomorrow if he needs surgery - his left clavicle is broke in several places and scapula is also broke (they don't usually do anything about that). The purple in his face is bcuz of the 3800 pounds of pressure on him, it broke a ton of blood vessels in his head, eyes, upper chest, back and also legs. There is little or no white left in his eyes, it is all red and the red is also moving into the iris which is also broken blood vessels. They say this should peak in about 72 hours. It is scary to see! Joshua said when he got up to go to the bathroom and saw himself in the mirror, he almost passed out! His face and eyes look like something out of a horror movie! He is so lucky though- the outcome could have been so much worse!

Once again, thank you to everyone! Because of all of you, we still have our precious Joshua!
