As Karl mentioned at Company Update, Lucid is dedicated to raising funds to aid Hurricane Harvey disaster relief. For real. We found out that our very own QA Specialist, Brant Wright, has parents affected in Houston. They're safe, but we want to rally together to help his folks and other Lucidite family members affected by Harvey (notify me if you have or know your coworker's family has been impacted - we'll equally distribute funds raised). The aftermath of the storm can have long-lasting damages, which Michele Campbell (Sr. QA Specialist) can speak to her experience with Hurricane Katrina when she truly depended on others and their donations to make it through the months she couldn't return home. All Lucid employee donations up to $10k will be matched by the company.

Goal: Our goal is to raise $10k in 5 days
Who: All Lucid employees are invited to participate and donate
When: Beginning Sept. 11, ending 4pm on Friday, Sept. 15.
How: All contributions will be given directly to Brant's family and any other Lucidite families in Houston.
