Tucker Needs New Eyes

Tucker is an active 8 year old therapy dog loved by many. Tucker works in a school to help comfort students daily. Diagnosed at age 7, Tucker has hyper mature cataracts, which is very rare for his age. He can’t see at all, and because of this, his confidence and quality of life has been severely diminished.

His favorite things are fetching balls, comforting others, and socializing with other dogs. He can’t do these anymore because of his diagnosis. Tucker needs your help in order to have a life changing surgery to remove his cataracts! By getting this surgery, it’s not just Tucker whose life will be improved. The students he works with will also benefit by having their loved therapy dog back, working, and navigating the halls of school clearly and safetly.
