Kidney Transplant for Naomi

This is my beautiful fiance Naomi. She has had a long journey to get to this point. I will start at the beginning and tell you her story.
Naomi was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease and Kidney failure in 2006. She had been having Chronic Pain on her side. After rigorous testing, Doctors discovered her Kidney's were small for an adult and due to many infections, had shrunken further. Also, her being over weight her blood pressure was very high and caused the Kidney's to, later, fully fail. For 6 years she stayed off of dialysis and controlled the illness with 14 diffrent medications.
In November 2012 Naomi took a turn for the worse. She ended up in the ICU with paralysis and her heart about to stop, due to her blood being so toxic. She under went two surgeries and was put on emergency dialysis. After, a week Naomi came home. To stay alive, she would have to continue Dialysis three days a week for 4 hours. This would be a life long treatment or, unil she recieved a Kidney Transplant. The hope was to get Naomi on transplant list. But, she wouldn't be able to be put on the list until she lost 80lbs! She worked with Doctors and Nutrtionists to get the weight off. After three years of working her butt off she lost 125lbs! Then this past December she was finally placed on the Transplant list.
Naomi is now waiting for a donor. The great news is even though she was just placed on the Transplant list, her name was placed on the date of her first dialysis treatment from 3.5 years ago. Meaning, she may get a transplant very soon. We are hoping to have it sometime this year! That being said, Naomi will be out of work for 3-4 months for recovery and the cost of Transplant will be $10,000 out of pocket.
This is where you come in. I know so many of you have reached out to Naomi and told her you would like to help in some way. If you know Naomi, I'm sure you will agree that she is the most remarkable, postive, stong willed woman, with the biggest heart and passion for life!
