Abigail Curtis' Mission Trip Fund

Hello! My name is Abby.  

I'm a 19 year old mid-western girl with one goal for this lifetime. The goal of spending my life in service.

I remember it started when I was very young. I felt deeply connected to all the living creatures around me. Animals, babies, people on the news, everyone. I spent most of my childhood adopting lost caterpillars, feeding a herd of toads, and nursing sick kittens. I felt personally responsible to help those that went unnoticed. 

As I've grown, this immense amount of empathy has led me toward nursing school. Serving those who cannot serve themselves is what I believe I was born to do. 

Which is why you are reading this today. I am raising funds to take my skills and services on a missions strip to Guatemala. The funds will cover my flight, room, and board. 

The week I am there will be spent serving at clinics and local houses fulfilling health and sanitation needs. While I hope to make an impact on the lives I encounter, I know the biggest impact will be the one the people have on me.
