COLLAGE: Many Pieces Creating a Whole is a solo performance that chronicles the spiritual awakening of a sound healer. It is an inspirational piece that depicts the journey through a dysfunctional bi-cultural childhood, world travel, sexual abuse, a career in theater, single parenting and the good fortune of life’s gifts to my current career as a sound healer. It begins and ends with a unique audience experience of the Tibetan singing bowls. Collage is designed to empower people to step fully into their lives even when confronted with challenging situations.
Funds will be used for the production itself, including theater rental, payment of director, technician, staging and playbills. Funds are needed by Jan.1 2018 when the full payment to theater is due.
I have been performing concerts with singing bowls since 2000 leaving a career in theater long ago. People are always encouraging me to write about the amazing -little known aspects of my life prior to working with sound. I wanted revive my love of acting and share these pieces of my life.
Your support will allow me to fulfill this dream and to continue to offer hope and inspiration to others through a different artistic expression. I offer several rewards for your help as well as a heartfelt thanks.
