I Need HELP To Go To School

I am horribly humiliated and ashamed to be at this point in my life, at 50 years old (in October) I need to reach out to friends, family and strangers for help to receive the money I need to get the education I need to be acknowledged in my chosen profession.
My greatest desire in life is to be a Master Brewer. I am currently a part time Server, at a major brewery; and very part time Assistant Brewer at a small family owned brewery. I have been saving for Brewing and Technology schooling for years now.
However; bills, emergencies, no employer schooling programs, and major life regularities (car repairs, insurance, house repairs, vet bills, medical bills x 100, groceries, medications) and all of the regular stuff; have left me horribly short of being able to attend any brewing certification programs. I have a great passion for craft beer and have spent the last 5 years immersing myself in the practice of and learning about the craft. I have paid for a number of Cicerone and Serving Certifications. I have a fairly impressive resume for a woman on a severely limited income.
But I can't get far enough ahead to afford schooling out of pocket. I am dedicated to this profession, as I love it deeply. I am finally accepting that I need help. I want to go to our local community college Brewing and Technology course, but it will cost $7000.00 or more, for me to attend because I am not in their district for normal priced classes. The Siebel Brewing Program online is very doable at about 2/3rds the cost.
I beg of you for help, I will absolutely give you updates and test by test results as well as day to day life as a student/major brewery server and assistant brewer. A MAJOR part of my great desire to take this program is that I am constantly overlooked as having beneficial knowledge to my current Head Brewer. I have no brewing certs. I have a ton of serving certs. I am heartbroken and very frustrated that my hard earned experiences in professional brewing over the last several aren't valued at my current job.
I feel deeply that an official certification will give me the knowledge and accreditation that I need for the industry to take me seriously. I'm (again) asking for your help to reach this goal.
