OXYGEN NEEDS KILLING MY ELECTRIC BILL!!!

I began this journey, in June 2017 being diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and Amyloidosis. Multiple Myeloma is a blood cancer. Amyloidosis is a rare disease where my body overproduces a protein called amyloid. That protein has settled in my heart as well as other parts of my body. The amyloid has caused my heart muscle to stiffen, and not pump the blood efficiently through my heart. There has been a need for 24/7 oxygen now partly because of this.
The oxygen has put such a strain on my electric bill that my electric bill is way out of hand. Paying the minimum to keep it on from month to month is all I have been able to do trying to make my disability income stretch as much as possible. The bill is currently at 1800.00. This is after I paid it down as much as I could, from 2425.00 which was the total.
For the past 3 months, I have been actively looking for employment to supplement my Social Security Disability payments. With that, I can only make a certain amount per month on top of the disability or I lose the disability. Not easy to find employment. I am really trying, but it is so hard. I hate to ask for help... But if you are able to assist... Thank you so much...... It will definitely put my mind at ease, to where I will stop worrying from month to month whether I will have oxygen or not.
I have looked into all options... payment agreements, deferred plans. All of these equal too much required to pay on top of current bill total.
