Oxygen for Grace

This giggling beauty is Grace. She needs your help to get the oxygen she needs. 
Grace is waiting in Beijing for her forever family (my sister Amy, my brother-in-law Robert, and their two kids) to come meet her and bring her home. She has a heart condition called Tetrology of Fallot that causes her oxygen levels to be low, and her to be cyanotic (bluish skin or "smurfy" as we prefer to call it) from time to time.
Grace's adoptive parents will need to travel with an oxygen compressor, pulse oximeter, and nebulizer. A family friend had secured these devices for their travels, but now at the last minute, we've discovered that although these particular models are approved by the FAA, they are not approved by the airlines. So now we need to get new ones approved by both the FAA and the US & Chinese airlines involved in this trip.
While Grace is in stable condition at New Day Foster Home in Beijing, the necessary travel within China and from China to the US will be difficult for her. Traveling and being upset exacerbates her low oxygen condition. It's imperative we get them the medical equipment they need. Unfortunately, Grace won't be covered under her parents' health insurance until she is legally theirs and the equipment needs to be paid for now.
In short, we need to raise $2500 in short order to get the medical equipment Grace's new family needs so they can travel with her safely with Grace back to the US.
