Ox Oxley’s Christmas Miracle

For Heather & Jordan Oxley, who may kick my butt when they find out. 

Today, 12/22/20 Heather took Ox to the vet after noticing he was lethargic, feverish, mopy, showed a little weight loss and overall just didn’t seem like the chase crazy brute he is.  After blood work, x-rays, and a series of other tests today it is still not 100% what is causing Ox’s issues. Heather is fearful that he may need surgery that she cannot afford right now and is devastated at the thought that if she cannot afford the surgery that he may need to euthanized. 

for those of you that have met Ox, you probably fell in love with his brutish self right away like I did! I definitely am not ready for him to not be pacing goat pens when I visit, and I for sure know Heather and Jordan are not ready to lose his love either. It is not 100% sure yet what Ox needs, and it is in high hopes that medication he received today will help! But I wanted to be prepared, wanted to let Heather know that there are those of us out there willing to help if Ox needs it. I will make sure to update once we know more, hopefully tomorrow ♥️
