OWN IT Women's Leadership Summit at USC

USC OWN IT is a student-run, non-profit organization that aims to connect the undergraduate students of the University of Southern California to the women leaders that inspire them. Our mission is to bridge the gap between women leaders of the 21st century and students who admire them by shaking up the women's leadership arena and producing game-changing opportunities for college-age women. Each year, we host a summit with the goal of empowering students through keynote speakers, mainstage panels, breakout sessions, workshops, and networking/recruiting opportunities. 

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we will be holding our annual OWN IT Women’s Leadership Summit virtually on April 11th, 2021. Because of the pandemic, our team hasn’t been able to secure as many corporate sponsorships as past summits, which means we need your help to inspire the next generation of leaders in an unprecedented year. While we will charge a reduced ticket fee for attendees, this amount won’t be enough to cover expenses like our virtual platform and speaker compensation.  All contributions will directly fund our virtual meeting platform and speaker compensation. Your help and support will allow us to invite a wide range of speakers and foster empowering professional connections through our virtual summit. Please consider supporting our event which will create conversation among the next generation of student leaders and equip our attendees with the tools to inspire women’s empowerment during these unprecedented and constantly changing times.
