Hi, I’m Julie, the founder of Owlfred Health, and more importantly, a mom and patient who has been fighting chronic illness for years.
Like so many others, I’ve spent countless days in doctors’ offices, struggling to explain invisible symptoms, piecing together notes, lab results, and flare patterns from memory. I watched my children go through the same thing, and it broke my heart.
That’s when I knew something had to change.
I created Owlfred to be the companion I wish we had all along, a smart, supportive AI health app that helps families track symptoms, labs, vitals, and flares all in one place. It’s designed to connect the dots that often get missed, or overlooked. Owlfred empowers patients to recognize patterns, speak up with confidence, and advocate for the care they deserve.
