Owen's Big Boy Fund

We all know that the opioid epidemic has devastated communities and families.  EVERY SINGLE DAY 128 people die in our country as a result of an overdose. This time it got very personal. Our sweet Ashley has been fighting the fight like no other. We thought after multiple trips to rehab, solid footing at home with family, and the birth of her sweet son Owen, she finally had the ability and determination to say NO MORE.  Recently we lost her.  And, Owen has lost his first love, his momma.  And, we are devastated.  We’ll miss her big heart, her friendship, her laugh, her beautiful smile, her love.  

We hope that her new residence above us is more peaceful, and we know Owen has an angel watching over him which gives us strength. But, we want to watch over him too. Our family (Ashley's mom, Angie Lohrer Maiorana, and dad, Jeff Gunnells), would like to start a college/trade school fund he’ll need as he grows into adulthood, when the time is right.
