The picture you see of me and my daughter was taken at a mother-daughter dinner 7 days before I had surgery for what was supposed to be a benign tumor. Waking up from surgery, I was told I had stage 3c ovarian cancer and the games began. Gritty details notwithstanding, it's been a long row to hoe and my debts now outnumber my sad/angry days. I single-parent 3 kids and my safety cushion is past flat. If you feel a heartstring tug and can afford to throw something my way, I will be eternally grateful.
