We are a diverse school with students who are eager to learn.
Last year was our second year of Outdoor Education Science Camp. We would like to keep this newer tradition going, but we need your help!
Many of our students do not have the resources to travel and learn about the world around them, outside of our town. Our approximately 80 students are actively fundraising to try to raise the $275 each, to pay for camp and the bus cost. We are saving our pennies, selling smelly pencils, recycling cans and bottles, selling concessions at night events, sponsoring craft days, and many more things, all in the name of curbing costs for science camp. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to sell food products (which earned thousands), so we have to resort to alternative ways of raising funds.
We have managed to raise our $3,200 NON-refundable deposit, and it is sent off to camp. Now we are locked in for the balance of $18,000, that must be paid by June 5th.
This is where you come in!
Any dollar amount that you can give, will definitely reduce the stress of fundraising, and help our students get closer to their goal of experiencing Science Outdoors.
