Out of Pocket Medical/Rehab Expense

As many of you may know on March 28th, I had a severe work related accident in which I fell 25 feet off of a ladder when my safety harness snapped. This accident fractured or broke almost all of my vertebrae, both pelvic bones, most of my ribs and collapsed a lung. An extensive 7 hour surgery was performed on March 30th on my spine to fuse and stabilize all my vertebrae followed immediately by a 2 hour pelvic surgery. Unfortunately there was nothing they can do for the ribs.
Though my prognosis long term is good, the pelvic surgery is requiring that I not place any weight baring pressure on my hips/pelvis for 6 weeks. I am currently in accute rehab to become wheel chair self-sufficient. I am expected at this time to stay here for another two weeks and from there will be moved to another rehab facility for up to 100 days until I am able to gain a level of mobility which will allow me to move back home.
More than anything, I appreciate all the prayers that have gone out and visitors that have come by to lift my spirits and to pray for me in person. It is without a doubt a miracle that I am here today with the prospect of a complete recovery given the extent of the injuries I sustained.
Although I do have insurance, I will be responsible for a sizeable amount of the expenses. Many of you have asked what you can do to help. At this time, along with continued prayers, my immediate needs are financial. Contributions of any amount towards my current and upcoming expenses over the next several month's would be greatly appreciated. Particularly the physicians fees during the rehab portion of my recovery are being asked to be paid upfront in order for me to participate, which was not expected so any support you can offer in this way would be helpful!
