Help Sarah’s Fight Against Cancer

Thank you all to who have donated, supported and have provided service and help to my sister and her fight! We are now beginning a new journey! Chemo came and gone, one surgery has passed with one more still headed her way, and she will begin Radiation treatments soon. Sarah still remains as positive as ever and continues to show us all what strength is! Prayers, shares, donations and any kind of help is still welcomed and appreciated!
Today is January 7th. Sarah is rounding the final corner to her last two Chemo treatments and will prepare for her surgery to have what we are hoping will be the last of Ricky Bobbie removed. If you know Sarah, you know that she is still just as positive as ever, and still finds the good in this challenging situation. Thanks again to all who have donated and to who can help her and her family out with the continued medical bills in her fight against breast cancer!
Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone and so have two more treatments! Sarah will be hitting round 4 of 8 this coming Wednesday and has been eager to get this over with! Thank you all for your love and support and generous donations! They are all very much appreciated and needed! Let’s keep sharing and caring! After all, ‘Tis the season!
Chemo round one was definitely a first time experience as expected. Round two starts on Wednesday and we now know kind of what we need to fully expect with certain side effects and limits on what she can and cannot do, but it really hasn’t changed her desire to get out and go and do and not let it keep her down.
RELENTLESS.........
What does this word mean to you? To me, it defines my sister Sarah. As she recently shared this quote by Babe Ruth " Its hard to beat a person that never gives up. ", she then followed that up with "Well Babe, Here's to being Relentless."
On September 29th, Sarah had received news that a recent biopsy on her breast had presented a new challenge, journey, and fight she now had to face. On October 5th, she received her diagnoses of stage III breast cancer. She will be going through a systemic treatment which will consist of a number of Chemotherapy treatments, followed by surgery, then radiation. With all of this, she will be losing her hair but not her fighting spirit. She is very strong right now and not really letting this phase her, (no surprise there). She is very upbeat and will be going through chemo business as normal.
With all the medical expenses that come along with this journey, I am hoping to ease some of the stress that her family will be going through financially. Please help us help them as they go through this journey to "Evict Ricky Bobby" (AKA the tumor). If anyone knows Sarah, this will not stop her, she will fight til the end, and we will "Evict Ricky Bobby". She will face this challenge with RELENTLESS strength along with her family and friends as a strong supporting team.
