Our Daddy's Memorial Fund

This story isn't so very different than others that you've read, so thank you for taking the time to read it. A beautiful young family was enjoying their Sunday afternoon when they got the dreaded phone call that no one wants, nor deserves to get. Allison, and three of their four children, were at home when word came in of a terrible accident involving a vehicle that matched the description of their daddy's car.  Allison began desperately calling her husband's cell phone, hoping against hope to hear him answer and reassure her he was okay. After many unanswered calls, she drove up to their small business where he had been working just 30 minutes before. Discovering he wasn't there, she made the decision to go to the scene of the accident. The horrifying news was confirmed when she drove up, saw his mangled car and found out he was transported to the nearest trauma center where he was in emergency surgery.  Overnight, he came out of surgery and we celebrated that he was in stable condition. His wife and four children (ages 7, 9, 14 and 24) were thrilled that they wouldn't have to face a life without Chris. Two days later, he suddenly and unexpectedly passed away due to complications from the injuries he sustained in the crash. His children were shocked and devastated.

His wife, Allison, is left to run the business they started less than a year ago on her own. And raise their children on her own. And try to rebuild her life without her Chris. They have thousands of dollars in medical bills and a very large expense in order to keep their business running, not to mention the day-to-day expenses of a family of now, five. Many other people have suffered a tragedy like ours and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for doing anything to help this family.
