Minh is our beloved co-worker who works with us at the Old Homestead Steakhouse, at the Borgata Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, has been battling throat cancer for the past three year, now it's gone to his lungs and has been on chemo. His wife, has also been diagnosed with brain cancer during the same time.
Minh has been with us at the Steakhouse since we opened in 2003 and is a phenominal food runner who we could always count on to be a team player. At 5ft. and 100 lb. he could carry a football tray of food up 2 flights of stairs all night long. AMAZING! He worked for tips, and many nights that he was sick, he always came to work and never complained. A true warrior.
This urgent plea is to help him and his family pay for hospital bills and living expenses, so what ever you can give to this fund, in any amount, would be greatly appreciated.
