Please Help Save Our Puppy Teddy!

Our sweet and fun loving puppy needs to have an emergency surgery.  Teddy has become a cherished member of our family and a best friend to our children.  He loves to eat whatever he can get his paws on despite our efforts to teach him otherwise!  Sadly he ate something that has now become lodged in his intestines.  He is very ill and needs the surgery ASAP.  Please help in anyway you can so we can save his live.
