Our neighbor needs cataract surgery

Ellen Kreager has contributed to Sunset Hill, Old Oak Cliff Conservation League, and the broader Oak Cliff neighborhood for many years. Two years ago her home was broken into and robbed, while she was there. The experience was tramatizing. But she rebounded.

She is now in need of cataract replacement, an expensive surgery -- especially when you do not have the advantage provided by large company group insurance policies. She is self-employed - the small business /individual market for insurance is inadequate - better under the Affordable Care Act, but still lacking.

Please contribute to help our neighbor regain clear eyesight. Donated funds will be used only for her surgeries (one eye at a time is medical best practice). 

Any funds raised in excess of the goal will be contributed to the Old Oak Cliff Conservation League for neighborhood improvements.
