Our MS Warrior Fund

This is my beautiful mama(mother of 4 and wonderful wife). She is a hard working, determined, courageous, and absolutely selfless woman. Just before covid hit and times began to get tough, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. She had lost vision in her left eye and a MRI confirmed she had three lesions on her brain whereas those with MS more commonly have them on their spine. She has fought through treatment after treatment over the last several months, struggling with remembering even the smallest things,  and when things started to seemingly get better and she was on the verge of remission, she started losing vision in her right eye. (More lesions) Through aggressive IV steroids, dr visits, and eye appointments, we’re all stuck between a rock and a hard place. The bills are coming in faster than the money is. (Isn’t that usually how it goes...) Fortunately, there is good news along with the bad. A pair of special glasses that will help her see for at least a little while(trial run) will help her see a bit better for at least a couple of months so she can return to work. The unfortunate part is that they are $650 a pair and the script will have to be renewed and we will be back in this same boat. She’s is holding on to faith that she will see our brother get married in May and be able to see the beautiful face of her granddaughter also on the way! I’m asking not only for donations to help get these glasses for her and to help with some of the appointment/scan costs(because she will not), but for prayers and good thoughts. It’s always the good ones that fight the hardest battles it seems. We appreciate any help given more than you can even imagine.
