Our House: Puerto Rico

This year Puerto Rico was devastated by hurricanes that left the state crippled and in pieces. Much of the region will be without power and struggling with basic life necessities for months and even years to come. The electronic music industry in Canada wants to help. Our goal is to make an impact by donating directly to food banks that will use the money to purchase items in demand for the local population. We partnered with teams from coast to coast and we are collectively launching a massive fundraising campaign called Our House: Puerto Rico.

In house music, and in the greater electronic music scene, there has always been an ingrained idea that we all belong in one "house" and that all are welcome. A play on the idea that we all share our love for music together as one family. In our scene there has always existed a desire to share the beauty of life and to see the strangers on the dancefloor as brothers and sisters. This holiday season we extend this sense of community to the victims of Puerto Rico. 

Every donation helps. All of the proceeds will be donated to the Food Bank of Puerto Rico. We can't fix the whole world but we can make an impact in places where it counts. Our first goal is $5000, if this proves to be easy then we will increase our target and shoot for the stars. Let's show the citizens of Puerto Rico that our house is also their house.
