7th Ashford Scout group is now 87 years old, The group started in a much Smaller hut at the other end of Ashford Road in a small building in what is now the lower car park of the Reservoir/boating club, Approx. 60 years ago the building was due to be destroyed at it was no longer fit for purpose and The owners of the Land offered them the Land where the hall Still stands today.

The group is home to A beaver Colony, Cub pack and Scout troop and we have joint explorer troop as well, we also House a Rainbow group after they lost their location.

The building is maintained mostly by Volunteers and our toilet and kitchen facilities are 31 years old are are in need of significant repair or possible replacement.
