Our Friend Larry Bast needs us NOW

After recently relocating to Florida from Northern Virginia, Larry Bast and his wife Mary were starting a life with new positions and hope for adventures and decades to build memories.  Instead our dear friend faces the fight of his life when his physician ordered tests after a recently illness. A very rare cancer has attacked one of his kidneys and adrenal glands and must be removed immediately. Mary continues to work, albeit limited, to  keep the insurance policy in effect, but Larry is unable to work s this condition sapps him of all energy. He has traveled to see specialists and surgery is scheduled on April 4th at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa Florida- a 3 hour drive from their home.  Additional treatment will follow the initial surgery. FInances are pushed to the limit for them after weeks of traveling to Dr's and medical centers, and time off work . Funds are critical,  needed immediately to allow them to travel for this life saving surgery, help with  medical costs and household expenses. I am pleading with you to please help by donating what you can to get Larry through this surgery, treatment, and give his loving wife the time to nurse Larry after his treatment.  Every donation will help, and is needed now to get this wonderful couple through this medical crisis. I have never known a man who is more loved and needed in this world, by his family and his friends. Please help us help them.
