Our fighter, made out of Steele

Aloha my name is Jeremy Steele. I was born on August 7, 2017 at 28 weeks old only weighing 2 pounds 9ounces. My mommy, daddy, and big sister are very concerned about me. My cardiologist diagnosed me with a congenital heart defect. He said that my PDA (Patent Ductus Arteriosis) did not close after I was born and I have a narrowing of my Aorta. I will have to have surgery. But I will be transported to San Diego, California to Rady's Children Hospital in a life flight with my mommy. They can not do the surgery here in Hawaii. My daddy and big sister have to fly up separately on a different flight. My surgery is scheduled for October 6,2017. My mommy and daddy are asking our family and friends or whom ever can support us in our time of hardship. They will keep updates on my progress. I have come a long way. This has been an extremely difficult time for my mommy but she is doing her best to keep positive thru my life long journey ahead. We love you all and thank you for taking your time to read this.
