Our dog Trevor broke his leg

Our puppy Trevor has a broken leg. His tibia is fractured and misaligned, something that can only be fixed with surgery. We're at an impasse we have to put him down, surgery will be anywhere between $2,000-$3,000 dollars. We have no where near enough to help him and he's in so much pain. If we can't get the money would would have to put him down and he's just a baby please anything help
