Our Devoted Staff at La Brioche True Food

We (David Yankovich and Jackie Patricia) love our staff - the servers, the bakers, the baristas, the dishwashers, the cooks. They are the backbone of La Brioche restaurant and without them there would never have been a La Brioche True Food . They are family. Jackie has presided over weddings and Quinceneras. They are now hurting and in extreme need in this time of physical distancing and unemployment and we feel their pain with them.
In 2006 La Brioche True Food was created on one foundation – love. Love is in the feng shui design, the delicious local organic food and the training of everyone who is employed at the restaurant. Love looks like eye contact, smiles, open hearts and paying attention to others. Throughout these past 14 years our guests and staff have become friends because love succeeds.
La Brioche True Food reopened with a skeleton staff of 6 on Thursday, 3-26, after two weeks of no income, leaving 27 people unemployed. David took out a loan for 75,000 to meet our liabilities and to buy the staples for our new comfort food takeout/delivery menu, created for this time of physical distancing. We created a 4 point plan:
1. 20% off for all healthcare workers
2. All employee's families eat for free
3. No one will be turned away
4. We will ask for help to sustain our devoted restaurant staff, largely Hispanic.
Every dollar you give will go to those without work, to help them make it through these days and to ensure that at the end of this crisis they can return to La Brioche True Food. We know that we all want the best for Everyone.
