<div>Our dad has ALS, which was finally diagnosed after a years long, arduous struggle with the loss of all of his mobility and many doctors visits and expensive treatments that have not been able to prevent him from losing his ability to move. He now requires constant at home care and we are sending out this go fund me to ask for any help that can be given to assist with the costs of his care and medical expenses. We really need as much help as possible and anything that anyone can donate would be an incredible help to keep our dad around and at home as long as possible.

<div>James "Diamond Jim" Pfeifer is a loving husband to his wonderful wife Tracey, the proud father of 8 children, grandfather to 5 beautiful young women, and has led a life as an entertainer, leader of many charity based organizations, local sports coach, and dedicated community member. 
</div>

<div>Please help us with the incredible expenses related to our dad's care and mobility issues.
</div>
<div>Any help received will be used exclusively to cover his home care aid, medical expenses, and for equipment and alterations needed. We hope and pray he will be with us for years to come and that we are able raise enough money to keep him and the family at home together.
