Our Big Virtual Walk - Lands End To John O'Groats

This year I decided that I would take on the End to End virtual challenge and walk the 874 miles from Lands End to John O'Groats as a way to give purpose to my daily exercise.
As an adult living with Cerebral Palsy, I am not so steady on my feet. So Natan has volunteered to join me on my daily walks so I can complete my challenge. I am a little nervous but I know he will be supporting me every step of the way whilst also competing with me to complete his by his 13th birthday in July.

One of the founding principles of Adult Cerebral Palsy Hub is to help our community to better understand their condition and importantly how to stay healthy and maintain their skills. Through completing this challenge, we hope to share the message with all adults with Cerebral Palsy about the importance of staying active.
Your support will mean we can continue the work of Adult Cerebral Palsy Hub . It is the only UK charity that is dedicated to supporting the 130,000 adults living with Cerebral Palsy and raising their voices to lobby for better services and support for the community.
Despite being one of the most common motor disabilities, resources are highly underfunded and there is a shocking lack of awareness. Specialist services do not exist for adults with CP, leaving sufferers and their families lacking support and feeling alone and helpless.
We set up Adult Cerebral Palsy Hub to provide adults living with CP access to bespoke and integrated medical services and create a much-needed voice for the community. There is a serious neglect for the adults who suffer with Cerebral Palsy and we want to be the ones to change that.
In order to implement our campaigns, we need to raise the necessary funds and really help this underrepresented community and be a lifeline.
