Hello all, 

as you know one of my players and friend Emerson Amaya was in a serious car accident last Sunday afternoon
He is in UTMB    -Galveston so in great hands.  He remains in a medical Coma today.     With everyone's prayers and support he will come through this tough  challenge. 

I offered the family to setup a go-fund- me page which they agreed and are thankful for the support. 
They are going to need our support not only in prayers but financially as well
Please show your love and  support to this  great young man and fellow footballer.

For those of you who don't know Emerson, let me tell you, he is one of the nicest young men I have had the pleasure to coach.   He gives back to the kids often,  coaching the game and doing it with a smile on his face. He loves football and Celtic FC is his team,  Emilio Izaguirre  is his favorite player a fellow Honduran.  

Emerson has played with the Canes for 3 years,  my friends  here and around the world, I ask you graciously to help support this  young man in his time of need  I know he'd be the first to help you.      It breaks my heart to see him like this. 

Can you imagine how his mother feels, she is in Honduras working on her visa to get back to see
her son.  Her husband and I talked today  he is hopeful but not sure  if she will get her visa soon.    She went back to do her interview for Visa process, so fingers crossed she gets it sorted in order to come back to
United States.
