<div>on 7/21 we took her to lyndale animal hospital for her excessive water drinking and urination (as well as newer symptoms of wetting her bed at night and being disinterested in her food in the mornings).

<div>earlier today on 7/22, we received word from the vet that a number of her blood and urine levels came back incredibly high. we were told kidney failure as well as cancer are most likely impacting her health and that without swift treatment, she'll rapidly decline.

<div>in our to obtain treatment, we needed further testing done and were directed to the oakdale animal hospital, where she has now been admitted for a stay of 48-72hrs.

<div>if you've ever admitted a pet to a hospital or obtained emergency care, you know how fast costs can rack up. add to that, i (nicole) was laid off from my job two months ago and only receive scant unemployment, which has led me to create this.

<div>i know times are tough for many in this scary world so any sort of help is appreciated, whether it be here, dropping off cigs (you know i'm going to need to smoke one or two daily), offering to chat, or simply lighting a candle and sending good thoughts to our girl.
