Our beloved friend Joey

Hey friends and family!
As some of you may or may not know, our beloved friend Joey recently underwent brain surgery to remove a tumor. The tumor was found to be grade 2 ependymoma, and he will be starting radiation treatment very soon. He is currently going through occupational, physical, and speech therapy and is making great progress towards recovery.
If you've ever met Joey or have had the pleasure of going through life with him, you know just how special, kind, and caring he is. He has been a blessing to so many of us throughout the years, and I think I can speak for us all when I say he is truly an angel. He's been the best friend I've ever had and has been such a role model to me and so many others. His love for God, his family, and his friends is one that is truly unending and relentless.
As you might imagine, this process of surgery, healing, and recovery is not only one that takes several months, but also one that is financially costly. However I believe this should and will be Joey and his family's least concern.
By donating, you will be helping to alleviate the financial burden that this has brought upon Eliel Flores (Joey's dad) and his family, allowing them to focus on Joey's recovery with piece of mind regarding their finances. Any little bit you may be able to provide helps so much and is so appreciated by joey, his family, and myself.
